Bluff Bounce
Identity
Bluff Bounce is a São Paulo brand that develops light reflectors—known in the audiovisual industry as butterfly rags—in pursuit of more natural lighting. Created by Danish cinematographer Nicholas Bluff, the brand grew out of on-set practice and close attention to the nuances that make an image breathe. Different surfaces transform the way light touches skin, spreads, and shapes the atmosphere of a scene, and Bluff turns a supporting piece of equipment into a true instrument of revelation. We developed a visual identity guided by the same sensibility: a precise, restrained graphic system inspired by someone who understands that lighting is also about choosing how to look.
