In a privileged area of Marquês de Sapucaí where the Rio de Janeiro samba schools parade takes place,  “Camarote da Arara” reformulated the classic carnival balcony experience. Their 2020 edition rescued the fluorescent and neon aura from the 1980s carnival into a modern and provocative look.
